We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee and manage on-site construction activities. You will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget, in accordance with design specifications and quality standards. Candidates with Precast and Prefab experience are preferred. Key Responsibilities On-site supervision: Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring work aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines. Quality assurance and control: Conduct regular inspections of workmanship and materials to ensure they meet quality and safety standards. Technical support: Provide technical advice and resolve any on-site issues that arise during construction. Resource management: Coordinate and manage resources, including materials, equipment, and manpower, for optimal project efficiency. Reporting: Maintain accurate daily site reports, progress logs, and quality records, and provide regular updates to project managers and other stakeholders. Safety enforcement: Implement and enforce strict health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel. Liaison: Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, consultants, and clients to ensure effective communication and project delivery. Billing and estimation: Support the project team with billing, quantity verification, and cost control processes. Qualifications Education: A Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering is required. Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in construction site supervision, preferably with civil, Prefab and precast construction methods. Experience in Steel fabrication and installation preferable Technical skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other relevant project management software is necessary. Soft skills: Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and time-management skills are essential. Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and local building regulations. Compensation and Benefits Salary: Competitive salary based on experience, with a typical range in Hyderabad between ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience level.
