Job Description We are looking for a Technical CRM Consultant with 2+ years of experience and strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and related technologies. You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end CRM solutions, ensuring high-quality implementations, and driving customer success. In this role, you will play a key role in: - Leading technical design and development for D365 CRM implementations. - Customizing and configuring D365 solutions to meet business requirements. - Managing integrations with third-party applications and enterprise systems. - Resolving complex technical issues and providing support for upgrades and migrations. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams in agile environments to deliver projects on time. - Designing and developing Microsoft Power Platform solutions (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agent, Power BI). Your Profile - Extensive hands-on experience with D365 product and multiple implementations. - Worked on different CRM/XRM versions and completed at least 2-3 full project life cycles. - Expertise in HTML5, CSS, SOAP, REST, AngularJS, JavaScript. - Experience in agile deliveries and working under tight timelines. - Exposure to on-premise and cloud deployments, support, upgrades, and migrations. - Strong experience in D365 customization and configuration. - Customer-facing with excellent analytical and communication skills.
