Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pilot Counsellor at High Aero Academy in Delhi, India. The Pilot Counsellor will be responsible for guiding and mentoring students aspiring to become pilots. Day-to-day tasks include conducting career counseling sessions, providing personalized advice on pilot training programs, assisting with course selections, and offering support throughout the training journey. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with faculty to monitor student progress, providing career development resources, and facilitating industry exposure opportunities. Qualifications - Experience in career counseling and mentoring in the aviation industry - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Knowledge of pilot training programs and industry standards - Ability to provide personalized guidance and support to aspiring pilots - Organizational and coordination skills - Proficiency in using career development tools and resources - Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field - A passion for mentoring and helping individuals achieve their career goals
