Role:

Salesforce Marketing Cloud ConsultantWork Location:Jaipur / Bangalore (on-site)Required Experience:Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.

Role Responsibilities:

- Identify and implement key use casesforSalesforce Marketing Cloudwithin ourSaaS-based customer journey.
- Design, implement, and optimize marketing automation workflowsusingJourney Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio.
- Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloudwith ourSaaS platform, CRM, and marketing infrastructureusingAPIs, data extensions, and webhooks.
- Leverage Salesforce Einstein AI features, including:
- Einstein Engagement ScoringPredict customer engagement and optimize messaging strategies.
- Einstein Send Time Optimization (STO)Automate the best time to send messages for maximum engagement.
- Einstein Content SelectionPersonalize and optimize content dynamically for different customer segments.
- Einstein Copy InsightsUse AI-powered suggestions to improve email and message copy.
- Einstein Frequency OptimizationPrevent over-messaging and enhance engagement.
- Develop and implementpersonalized omnichannel customer engagementstrategies throughemail, SMS, push notifications, and social media.
- UtilizeAI-driven segmentation and predictive analyticsto improve campaign performance.
- Work closely with themarketing, product, and development teamsto ensure seamless data flow and automation.
- Ensure compliance withdata privacy regulations(e.g., GDPR, CCPA) andemail marketing best practices.
- Analyze and optimize marketing performance metricsusing AI-powered insights forbetter engagement and ROI.

Required Skills Qualifications:

- 4+ years of experienceworking withSalesforce Marketing Cloud(SFMC).
- Strong expertise inJourney Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Mobile Studio.
- Hands-on experience with Einstein AIfeatures for predictive analytics and automation.
- Experience withAPIs, data extensions, and integrationsbetween SFMC and external platforms.
- Proficiency inSQL, AMPscript, and SSJS (Server-Side JavaScript)for advanced customization.
- Familiarity withREST and SOAP APIsfor SFMC integration.
- Experience withCRM integrations (Salesforce CRM, HubSpot, or other platforms).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with adata-driven approach.

Nice to Have:

- Experience withCustomer Data Platform (CDP) solutions.
- Knowledge ofGoogle Analytics, Segment, or other marketing analytics tools.
- Understanding ofevent-driven marketing and real-time customer interactions.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications(e.g., SFMC Email Specialist, SFMC Consultant, or SFMC Developer).
