Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented SFMC Developer to design world-class Salesforce applications for our evolving CRM requirements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building, customizing, and optimizing marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud

You will be responsible for creating dynamic content, building customer journeys, managing data extensions, and ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately and on schedule. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically skilled professional to make a tangible impact on customer engagement, marketing automation, and overall revenue growth within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Educational Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud development.
- Certifications in the related field is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, Advertising Studio, etc.).
- Build and maintain email templates, landing pages, data extensions, automations, and journeys.
- Develop complex AMPscript, SQL queries, and SSJS to support personalization and segmentation.
- Integrate SFMC with Salesforce CRM and external systems via APIs, SFTP, and middleware.
- Work with data teams to define and manage audience segmentation, targeting, and campaign analytics.
- Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and data privacy regulations in all marketing activities.
- Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize for better deliverability and engagement.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and best practices.

Key Skills Required:

- Strong knowledge of AMPscript, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, and Email Studio.
- Understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and API integrations.
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and its integration with SFMC.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
