Lead Project Engineer

- Guide, Coordinate, Monitor And Control Of Multi Discipline Engineering Activities Through Respective Leads And Designers
- Communicate The Project Objectives, Scope, Milestones, Contract Terms And Conditions, Budgets To The Project Team
- Identify Critical Execution Issues And Prepare A Look Ahead Schedule
- Plan And Implement The Engineering Activities On Projects And According To Project Execution Model Under The Direction Of Engineering Head
- Act As A Primary Contact And Maintain Good Customer Relations
- To Prepare Project Execution Plan, Project Coordination Procedure , Project Quality Plan And Man Power Projection Plan
- Establish Change Management System, Monitor And Control
- To Prepare Project Risk Analysis, Review The Same Periodically And Implement Corrective And Preventive Actions
- Strong Organization, Planning And Time Management Skills To Achieve Results
Qualifications:
- A Bachelors or Masters degree with 8-14 years of experience including minimum 8 years of piping/mechanical detailed engineering
- Proficient In Interface Engineering And Coordination With Customers
- Involving Multi-disciplines Like Process, Piping, Civil, Structural, Electrical, Instrumentation And Controls.
- Should Have Very Good Experience In 3d Model Reviews (30%, 60% & 90%) Involving Internal Teams & Customer
- Project Management Tools Like Primavera, MS Projects Will Be Added Advantage
- Software Skill Set Like Autocad, Navisworks And Microsoft Office Are Mandatory
- Experience In Similar Position Working For EPC Projects In Oil & Gas Sector, Power Plants, Water Treatments Plants, Refineries & Petrochemical Plants
