We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and execute premium residential projects in Rajnandgaon The ideal candidate will have strong project execution experience excellent coordination skills with architects and contractors and the ability to deliver high-end real estate projects on time and within budget Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end execution of premium real estate projects including villas bungalows and related infrastructure Coordinate with architects consultants structural engineers and design teams to ensure design intent is translated effectively on-site Plan schedule and manage day-to-day site operations including manpower materials and equipment Ensure high standards of quality control safety and compliance are maintained across all project stages Monitor project progress timelines and cost management Conduct regular site reviews issue resolution and status reporting to management Liaise with vendors contractors and external stakeholders for timely delivery and execution Maintain documentation including BOQs project reports and contractor bills Key Skills Required Strong technical and execution knowledge in residential construction Effective communication skills - ability to interact with architects vendors and internal teams Proficiency in MS Project Excel AutoCAD Problem-solving and leadership abilities Understanding of real estate quality standards and luxury project detailing Eligibility Criteria Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management Minimum 7 years of experience in residential real estate construction Willingness to relocate to Rajnandgaon Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 50 000 00 - 100 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Schedule Day shift Fixed shift Work Location In person
