Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchase Executive, based in Borivali (West), Mumbai. The Purchase Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, including vendor management, purchase order preparation, material sourcing, and inventory coordination. The role requires proficiency in Tally ERP, negotiation skills, and attention to detail to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement aligned with company requirements. Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day purchase operations, including PO creation, vendor follow-ups, and material tracking. Maintain accurate purchase, stock, and vendor data in Tally ERP. Coordinate with stores, accounts, and project teams to ensure smooth flow of materials and invoices. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines with suppliers. Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain all purchase documentation. Evaluate vendor performance and assist in identifying new, reliable suppliers. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field. Fresher - 2 years of experience in purchase or procurement (preferably in construction, engineering, or manufacturing sectors). Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP (mandatory). Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. What’s in it for you?
