Job Summary

The Procurement Executive is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing packaging materials, and services in alignment with company objectives. This role plays a critical part in ensuring cost-efficiency, timely delivery, and quality compliance of all procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, service, and reliability.
- Negotiate Price and PO terms with vendors to achieve best value.
- Issue purchase orders and track delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and consumption data.
- Handle QC reports, rejections, and replacements.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse and operations teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement best practices.
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Education & Experience:

- Bachelors degree in Packaging, Operations, or a related field.

2.Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with contract law and sourcing strategies.

3.Soft Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
