- Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate

Key Responsibilities:

- Role responsibilities Design and implement RPA based automation solutions using platforms such as Automation Anywhere UIPath BluePrism and Microsoft Power Automate
- Develop self healing systems leveraging scripting languages like Python and automation tools like RPA tools
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify automation opportunities and drive operational efficiency
- Architect scalable automation frameworks and ensure integration with existing IT infrastructure
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on automation best practices and emerging technologies
- Ensure compliance with security and governance standards in automation implementations
- Ensure to develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise
- POC Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization s financial guidelines
- Actively lead projects and contribute to unit level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customer
