Job Description

Alkira, Inc is growing our Solutions Architect team and looking for high energy, dedicated professionals who can help add new clients to our SaaS platform. The ideal candidate is able to demonstrate key technical differentiators of Alkira service and help our large strategic enterprise accounts transform their network to become disruptive, creative and innovative. As a Solutions Architect, you are not only responsible for helping the Sales team but also helping shape the roadmap by providing a deep level understanding of customers technical needs.

Location: This is a 100% remote position located in India, preferably Mumbai or Bengaluru

Responsibilities

- Lead network architecture discussions with customers and partners
- Assist customers with design and deployment based on best practices
- Collaborate with customer networking and cloud teams
- Work with partners/customers on architecture, design, and deployment
- Conduct trainings and whiteboard sessions for customers and partners
- Create design and architecture best practices and guidelines
- Provide technical support for our customers
- Own customer success on key accounts from adoption and expansion perspective
- Work with Alkira product management team to provide feedback on upcoming features from the customer's lens
- Track and drive key customer features/asks with Alkira product management to implementation

Minimum Requirements

- 5+ years of overall experience
- Strong cloud and networking fundamentals
- Minimum 3+ years of consulting experience advising customers
- Minimum 1 year experience on cloud solutions architecture and design
- Technical hands-on experience designing hybrid and public cloud infrastructure
- Networking background in the routing technologies and security
- Experience using cloud automation and orchestration tools
- Experience in large-scale network designing/deployment is a plus
- Strong passion for sales and creating long-lasting professional relationships
- Flexibility to travel
- Relevant Technical certifications are a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
