Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled System Designer / Architect to lead the architecture and design of enterprise-grade technology solutions. The role focuses on creating scalable, secure, and high-performance system frameworks that align with business goals and long-term growth.

The ideal candidate will combine strategic system design expertise with the ability to translate business requirements into robust, future-ready technical architectures, guiding development teams with clear and structured blueprints.

Key ResponsibilitiesArchitecture & Design

- Design and define end-to-end system architectures for complex applications.
- Create and maintain system blueprints, technical diagrams, and data flow models.
- Evaluate hosting models (cloud, on-premise, hybrid) and recommend the best fit.
- Establish integration frameworks for APIs, services, and third-party applications.

Technical Leadership

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment of design with business objectives.
- Review and approve technical design documents before development begins.
- Provide ongoing architectural guidance throughout project lifecycles.
- Participate in client discussions to validate feasibility and scalability of proposed solutions.

Governance & Standards

- Define and enforce best practices for architecture, coding standards, and system security.
- Ensure all designs meet performance, reliability, and compliance benchmarks.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for technical decisions and design models.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience as a System Designer, Solution Architect, or Technical Architect.
- Strong knowledge of system design principles, UML, data modeling, and enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Expertise in databases, APIs, microservices, and integration methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with security practices (RBAC, encryption, secure API design, compliance frameworks).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Exposure to enterprise applications (ERP/CRM/SaaS).
- Experience with multi-tenant architectures and automation workflows.
- Understanding of scalable front-end and back-end design patterns.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Tech Stack Exposure

- Front-end: React, modern JavaScript frameworks
- Back-end: PHP/Laravel or Node.js
- Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL solutions
- Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure
