Job Responsibilities:

- Defining the product vision, creating and maintaining product roadmaps, and prioritising product development based on need analysis and business goals.
- Conducting market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and competition offerings.
- Developing product strategies to capitalise on market opportunities.
- Collating and prioritising product requirements from various stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and engineering teams.
- Working with R&D and other teams to develop and launch new solar energy products or features, ensuring quality and timelines.
- Developing and executing go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and sales and marketing plans, to drive product adoption and top-line and bottom-line growth.
- Managing product lifecycle
- Monitoring product performance and market trends

- Solar inverters and their kitting for the residential and commercial segments.

- Smart solar solutions for residential,

Desired Functional Knowledge:

- Understanding of solar energy technologies and systems – preferred.
- Market research and analysis skills.
- Product management experience – preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Understanding of customer needs and experience in developing
- customer-centric products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in handling demonstrations of products
- Good knowledge in MS Office for documentation/presentation
- Experience in marketing and switchgear, without solar background, is also preferred
