Job Description Position Title: Senior HCM Integration Technical Consultant Experience : 7 - 10 Years Location : pan india Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Senior HCM Integration Technical Consultant to join our team and drive end-to-end implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions. The role involves designing, developing, and integrating HCM modules to optimize business processes and support organizational transformation. You will work closely with clients and functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions across multiple HCM domains. Key Responsibilities - Lead and participate in at least two full-cycle HCM implementation projects. - Design, develop, and maintain HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas (Absence, OTL, Benefits, Payroll, Core HR, Compensation). - Develop and customize BI Publisher (BIP) reports, SQL, and PL/SQL scripts. - Manage integrations and personalizations, including web services, roles, and security configurations. - Collaborate with functional teams to ensure seamless integration across HCM modules. - Provide technical guidance on system design, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. - Support change management and system enhancements during and post-implementation. Required Skills & Experience - Strong hands-on experience in HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BIP Reports, SQL, and PL/SQL. - Good exposure to Personalizations, Web Services, Roles & Security within Oracle Cloud HCM. - Functional understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, ORC, Absence, OLM, and Compensation. - Minimum of 2 full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementation projects. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with clients and cross-functional teams. - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Good To Have - Working knowledge of Oracle PaaS offerings such as OIC, VBCS. - Exposure to Finance and SCM modules.
