Join our team as a Recruiter and play a pivotal role by attracting and hiring top talent across various levels. You will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts to identify individuals who are not only technically skilled but also deeply aligned with our Principle Based Management culture. In this role, you will contribute to Koch's long-term success by applying a principled approach to hiring one that fosters mutual benefit, respects individual talents, and supports organizational transformation through superior value creation.

Location: Bengaluru, KA, India - On Site

As part of Koch Recruiting, you will join a dynamic team operating within a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Our team supports various Koch subsidiaries, and we work in a collaborative environment where being agile and curious about working across businesses and functional areas is encouraged.

What You Will Do

- Own the end-to-end recruitment process, building trusted partnerships with business leaders, hiring supervisors, and HR partners to deeply understand their priorities and talent needs.
- Identify, screen/evaluate, and engage candidates whose abilities and motivations align with Koch's values and vision; coordinate interviews and ensure clear, timely communication with all stakeholders.
- Champion an exceptional candidate experience, acting as a brand ambassador to attract contribution-motivated talent and strengthen Koch's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Use data, technology, and market insights to continuously improve sourcing strategies and make informed, mutually beneficial hiring recommendations.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

- At least 4 years of recruiting experience, from sourcing to onboarding
- Experience collaborating with and influencing diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency utilizing ATS (applicant tracking systems)
- Bachelor's Degree

What Will Put You Ahead

- Master's Degree or equivalent
- Experience working in GCCs/GBSs
