Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and distribute daily Workflow among the team members
- Managing team of Invoice process
- Ensure SLA, TATs, & KPI's are met
- Exception Handling & Escalation Resolution
- Act as the first point of contact for issue resolution.
- Escalate critical issues to management or stakeholders appropriately.
- Ensure all AP processes comply with internal control and audit requirements.
- Assist in internal/external audits with necessary documentation.
- Performance Monitoring
- Motivation and Engagement
- Experienced and should be able to articulate with stakeholders
- Process improvement
- Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements to enhance accuracy and speed
- Drive Automation

Must haves:

- Work experience more than 4years along with team handling experience
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Familiarity with MS Outlook and MS Office.
- Excellent MS Excel skills.
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion would be an added advantage

Qualifications:

- B.com (M.com/MBA Preferred)
