About the Role: As a Bread Baker, you will be responsible for producing high-quality sourdough breads, viennoiseries, and dough-based products while maintaining consistency, precision, and authenticity. This role is ideal for individuals with solid bread-making fundamentals who are eager to expand their skills in a professional bakery environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, shape, and bake a variety of breads including sourdoughs, baguettes, buns, and specialty loaves Ensure proper fermentation, proofing, and baking techniques for consistency and flavor Collaborate with senior chefs (DCDP/CDP) to meet daily production schedules Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the bread and baking section Adhere strictly to food safety and sanitation standards Assist with inventory, storage, and daily operational kitchen tasks What We're Looking For: Prior experience in bread baking or working in a professional bakery environment Strong knowledge of bread fundamentals including mixing, shaping, fermentation, and baking methods Passion for artisan bread, attention to detail, and maintaining high quality standards Ability to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a team - Interest in learning, experimenting, and contributing to new bread varieties Location: SAPA Bakery, Gokulam, Mysore (Unit of Kaffeeklatsch Hospitality LLP) If you are excited about bread baking and want to be part of a growing artisan bakery team, we'd love to meet you Interested candidates can also apply by sending their resume to: [Confidential Information]
