We also offer in-house manufacturing of select items like SMT stencil clean wiper rolls and ESD aprons and caps. Our goal is to support customers with reliable, innovative solutions tailored to meet their specific needs. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Service Engineer role based in Chennai. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, performing routine maintenance and repairs, and delivering field services at client locations. The role also includes providing timely technical support to ensure the seamless operation of equipment and fostering strong communication between teams and clients to enhance service satisfaction. Qualifications - Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues independently - Experience in providing Field Service support to clients - Strong Communication skills for liaising with clients and internal teams - Technical Support capabilities to address and resolve equipment or system challenges - Expertise in Maintenance & Repair of electronic manufacturing equipment - A degree or diploma in Electronics, Mechanical, or relevant engineering fields is preferred - Ability to work on-site in Chennai and travel locally for client support - Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
