The Senior Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle to attract source and hire top talent across all functions in the automobile industry including production R D quality supply chain and corporate roles The role involves partnering with business leaders to understand manpower requirements implementing effective sourcing strategies and ensuring timely closures to support business growth Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Recruitment Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level positions across technical and non-technical functions Understand manpower plans and job specifications from hiring managers Source and screen candidates through job portals LinkedIn campus drives headhunting employee referrals and networking Conduct interviews and coordinate technical managerial rounds Ensure timely offer rollouts and smooth onboarding Stakeholder Management Partner with department HODs and hiring managers to understand talent needs Advise business leaders on talent availability market trends and compensation benchmarking Act as a recruitment consultant ensuring quality hires within timelines Process Management Maintain recruitment trackers dashboards and MIS reports Drive recruitment SLAs TAT compliance and candidate experience Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance requirements Employer Branding Talent Pipeline Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles in production R D and operations Drive employer branding initiatives social media hiring and industry networking Conduct campus hiring programs and participate in automobile job fairs Team Mentoring Guide and support junior recruiters in sourcing strategies and recruitment best practices Share industry knowledge and continuously improve recruitment processes Key Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of recruitment practices in the automobile auto components industry Good understanding of technical roles production quality design maintenance supply chain and project management Excellent communication networking and negotiation skills Ability to handle multiple requirements and work under pressure Proficient in MS Office HRMS and recruitment tools portals Qualifications Experience MBA PGDM in HR or related field 6-10 years of recruitment experience preferably in the automobile or manufacturing industry Proven track record of closing niche and critical roles within defined timelines Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person Application Deadline 23 08 2025
