Recruiter who excels at understanding job requirements forging campus tie-ups and sourcing effectively through multiple job portals The role is based in Yamunanagar or suited for someone whose hometown is Yamunanagar and is looking to relocate back seeking a role that offers challenge and high growth Job Title Recruiter Location Yamunanagar Salary 25 000- 35 000 per month About the Role We re looking for a motivated Recruiter who can bridge hiring needs and candidate capabilities while building strong campus partnerships If you re seeking a challenging and high growth role and have a connection to Yamunanagar either currently based or planning to return this could be the perfect fit Key Responsibilities Understand Hiring Needs Collaborate with department heads and managers to clarify and document precise job requirements and candidate profiles ensuring alignment throughout the recruitment cycle Source and Identify Talent Use multiple channels job portals e g Naukri Indeed LinkedIn social media Boolean searches resume databases to source passive and active candidates Recruiting Resources Campus Tie-ups Promotional Outreach Initiate and manage relationships with colleges and universities in nearby regions Conduct campus events job fairs and promotional activities to attract fresh talent and develop an early pipeline Candidate Screening Communication Review resumes conduct initial screenings phone video in-person coordinate assessment tests and maintain continuous and positive communication with candidates Maintain Recruitment Pipelines Systems Build and update candidate databases shortlists and talent pipelines especially for high-potential campus recruits Use any ATS or tracking tool efficiently to manage candidate flow Reporting Metrics Monitor and report on hiring metrics such as time to fill source effectiveness and campus yields Provide weekly or monthly updates to hiring teams Employer Branding Candidate Experience Represent our organization at events promote the company s values and opportunities and ensure candidates have a positive professional experience throughout the process Qualifications Skills Experience Demonstrable experience even 1-2 years in recruitment preferably with exposure to campus hiring or sourcing via job portals Skills Strong understanding of sourcing techniques including job boards Boolean search social media and candidate profiling Recruiting ResourcesWikipedia Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with institutions candidates and internal stakeholders Solid organizational abilities and time-management skills to juggle multiple open roles Experience or willingness to work with Applicant Tracking Systems or resume databases Recruiting Resources 1 Education Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not mandatory Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Application Question s What sourcing platforms or tools have you used most Language English Preferred Work Location In person
