Job Description

Front Desk Management: Greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly manner. They are responsible for signing in guests, issuing visitor badges, and directing them to the appropriate person or department.

Phone Systems Operation: Answering, screening, and forwarding all incoming phone calls. They take messages accurately and ensure they are delivered in a timely manner. They may also be responsible for making outbound calls as needed.

Administrative Support: Performing various clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and managing office correspondence (emails and physical mail). They may also assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.

Customer Service: Providing general information about the company to callers and visitors. They address inquiries and resolve basic issues with a helpful and patient attitude.

Office Maintenance: Ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable. They may also be responsible for monitoring and ordering office supplies, as well as coordinating with vendors.

Security Protocol: Maintaining office security by following all procedures and controlling access to the building. This includes monitoring the guest logbook and being aware of who is in the office at all times.
