Job Description

ob Responsibilities:

1. Handle and resolve production issues, develop enhancements and upgrades for Oracle Hyperion applications like Planning, Essbase EPMA, HFM, DRM, and FDMEE.
2. Conduct feasibility studies and define system requirements for complex data processing projects.
3. Provide expert technical advice, support business partners, and ensure the stability of applications through performance tuning and continuous process improvements.
4. Maintain and develop Hyperion Planning, Essbase, EPMA, HFM components and support the month-end and quarter-end processes.

Job Requirements:

1. 5+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years focused on Hyperion Application Support.
2. Strong knowledge of SQL programming and experience in creating complex queries.
3. Experience with Hyperion Planning, Essbase, EPMA, HFM, DRM, and FDMEE, with an emphasis on technical support.
4. Background in Financial Services or Finance is preferred, with excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
