Job Description

Key Deliverables:

1. Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of large-scale data warehousing solutions.
2. Ensure the core data services platform meets technical standards and is tested appropriately.
3. Provide leadership in developing ETL/ELT pipelines, ensuring performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
4. Collaborate with Data Governance to ensure compliance with policies and maintain data security and privacy.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Consult with Business Unit and IT management to provide technical expertise across all project development phases.
2. Design optimized data models, including 3NF, Data Vault, and Dimensional models, and ensure best practices.
3. Mentor and lead a team of data engineers, driving data ingestion, curation, and delivery.
4. Participate in data architecture discussions and contribute to architecture patterns, best practices, and data governance.
