Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant, SFDC Support- Cloud Expertise: Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Support Developer with relevant experience. This role involves customizing Salesforce applications, developing Apex code, and implementing integrations to support evolving business needs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce development tools and a strong understanding of platform capabilities. Responsibilities .Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages. .Build and optimize Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components. .Configure Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, and workflows. .Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs. .Perform unit testing, support deployment activities, and assist in release management. .Collaborate with business analysts, admins, and QA teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions. .Maintain documentation for customizations, integrations, and data models. Qualifications we seek in you Minimum qualifications .B.E / B.Tech .Cloud Expertise: Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud .Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura. .Experience with Salesforce declarative tools like Flows, Process Builder, and Validation Rules. .Strong understanding of SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce data modeling. .Familiarity with Salesforce security model, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules. .Exposure to Gearset, Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines for version control and automated deployments. .Experience with Salesforce integrations using MuleSoft, Heroku, or third-party middleware, REST/SOAP APIs. Preferred qualifications .Knowledge of Salesforce AppExchange packages and managed/unmanaged packages. .Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence. .Understanding of Salesforce Shield, Event Monitoring, and platform encryption. .Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II) .Other Salesforce Clouds eg: Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud Why join Genpact .
