About ARKO ANSR is the market leader in enabling organizations to build manage and scale global teams through Global Capability Centers GCCs Global Capability Centers act as strategic business partners to their parent organizations making them global hubs for innovation and technology work Partnering with ANSR ARKO is extending its global presence by foraying into India ARKOs India Operations will be an integrated global hub focused on driving technology innovation thereby giving you the opportunity to work on cutting-edge solutions to solve complex challenges for our business and our customers ARKO is the sixth largest convenience store operator in the United States and operates more than 3 800 sites across its retail wholesale and fleet segments Position Senior Associate Cash Accounting Department Accounting Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Associate to join our accounting team This position will focus on reconciling multiple bank accounts across various entities ensuring accuracy timeliness and compliance with internal controls The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills advanced attention to detail and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a global accounting team Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform daily weekly and monthly bank account reconciliations across multiple entities Investigate and resolve reconciliation variances including unidentified transactions timing differences and posting errors Make appropriate cash entries for reconciling items and ensure proper documentation Prepare month end reconciliations to support month end close processes Coordinate with various internal teams to research discrepancies and bank items to ensure accurate transaction coding Ensure compliance with internal control requirements and SOX requirements Job Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor s degree in accounting finance Preferred 5-7 years of accounting experience preferably with a focus on bank reconciliations Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and reconciliation principles Proficient in the utilization of Microsoft Office products Excel Word Teams and Outlook Ability to multi-task and complete projects within specific deadlines Experience completing detailed accounting schedules Ability to handle and reconcile large amounts of detailed transactions High level of accuracy attention to detail and strong organizational skills Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to coordinate with international teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate cross time zone collaboration
