Your Role - 4–15 years of experience with UKG Pro, WFM, and WFD implementations. - Strong understanding of timekeeping, scheduling, and labor compliance. - Experience with UKG Dimensions configuration, including WIM (Workforce Integration Manager). - Proficiency in report writing (e.g., Cognos, BI tools). - Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Your profile - Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of UKG Pro WFM and WFD modules. - Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Operations teams to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations. - Design and implement timekeeping rules, pay policies, accruals, and scheduling workflows. - Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards using UKG reporting tools. - Provide training and support to end-users and administrators. - Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
