Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing emails, responding to inquiries professionally, and managing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-centric approach. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and manage company email accounts, ensuring prompt and professional responses. Draft, review, and send emails to clients, partners, and internal stakeholders. Maintain and update records in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Track customer interactions and follow up on pending communications. Work closely with the sales and support teams to manage customer queries and service requests. Generate reports from the CRM system to analyze customer trends and operational efficiency. Assist in process improvements related to email communication and CRM management. Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive customer and company information. Qualifications & Skills: Master's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Required). Freshers are welcome Proven experience in email handling, customer support, or CRM management is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM (preferred). Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
