Senior Tech Delivery Lead for S 4 and BTP you will spearhead capability building and staff development within our Competence Centre You will optimize resources manage projects and ensure functional excellence Represent IT Capabilities in regional or local business domains engage with senior leadership and operate independently with minimal supervision Make a significant impact and drive our excellence agenda forward What youll be doingLead a team within the ERP Tower Responsible for capability building within the team s competence area and for professional and personal development of direct reports staff with support and guidance from the ADM Ensure enough skilled and experienced IT resources are available to deliver NextGen ERP Cloud journey with SAP BTP experience in implementation delivery Ensure optimal resource utilization within the team and leverage contractor resources when required in alignment discussion with the ADM Implement the functional excellence agenda in the team in partnership with the ADM by leveraging Methods and Standards and provision of quality assurance against these Contribute to the functional excellence agenda Manage projects and programs supervise and coach team members responsible for delivering projects and foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team Lead and drive business simplification journeys in partnership with the business interface team Manage complex integration scenarios and interfaces between on premise and cloud systems - also with legacy systems Have frequent exposure to and interact with senior levels of business leadership EC-2 and EC-3 What you bring13-17 years of strong SAP experience with a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP BTP Bachelors degree in Engineering or an equivalent degree Proven experience in capability building people development talent management resourcing and recruitment Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels Must have strong experience in SAP Business Technology Platform BTP Fiori and workflow Extensibility Development Must have working experience in SAP BTP implementation projects Expertise on SAP BTP Cloud Foundry CF S4 Side-by-Side extensibility developments Ability to think strategically and drive innovation using SAP BTP capabilities Good to have experience in S4 HANA In-app Extensibility developments Good to have knowledge on CDS S4HANA
