About us CR Forex Advisors is a specialized Forex Consulting firm helping corporates manage currency risk and optimize FX strategies. With the addition of wealth solutions, we are creating a comprehensive financial advisory platform. Role Summary: We are looking for a highly driven and experienced professional to join our Forex Sales & Advisory desk. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of foreign exchange markets, RBI regulations, and the ability to deliver tailored risk management solutions to corporate clients. Key Responsibilities: - Client Engagement: - Manage and deepen relationships with mid-to-large corporates with active foreign exchange exposure (₹50 Cr+ annualized flow). - Act as a trusted advisor to CFOs, Treasurers, and Promoters on currency risk management. - FX Advisory: - Offer real-time market intelligence, rate views, and structured product solutions where appropriate. - Sales & Execution: - Identify and acquire new corporate clients for forex risk management and advisory services. - Drive revenue growth by offering tailored forex solutions including hedging strategies, risk quantification, and structured products. - Pitch proprietary platforms and tools developed by CR Forex. - Market Intelligence & Research: - Keep clients informed on macroeconomic trends, geopolitical developments, and FX market movements. Key Requirements: - 1–2 years of relevant experience in corporate FX sales/advisory - Strong understanding of FX markets, derivative products, and regulatory environment - Proven ability to originate and execute FX deals with corporate clients - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - MBA/CA/CFA preferred; NISM-Series-I: Currency Derivatives Certification is a plus 📩 Think you’re a good fit?
