About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Lead to manage and mentor a team of telesales advisors in the Health Insurance sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, mentoring team mates, ensuring sales goals are met, and fostering a high-energy, customer-centric environment.
What We Expect From You
Sales:
- Responsible for consistently meeting fresh sales and retention sales targets
- Ensuring customers are adequately followed up to ensure great customer experience and timely conversion into successful sales
- Implement sales strategies and ensure adherence to company processes and compliance standards
Team Management:
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of advisors to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Run daily team stand-up, ensuring high team productivity and adherence to defined SOPs
- Conduct root cause analysis for performance deviations of team members and help them improve in respective areas
- Provide regular feedback, coaching, and conduct performance reviews with the team
People Centricity:
- Maintain integrity and transparency while dealing with customers and ensure that the team follows the same
- Identify and drive people & process improvement initiatives
Must Haves
- Experience: At least 2 years of team leading experience, preferably in sales
- Persuasive Ability: Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Communication Excellence: Clear, confident, and effective communicator
- Detail-Oriented Approach: Precise and thorough in diving deep into problems
