Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team This role is responsible for identifying engaging and qualifying top talent to support our hiring goals The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing expertise excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of recruiting processes and tools Essential Job Functions Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems e g Workday to manage candidate pipelines and track progress Conduct advanced candidate assessments and interviews to evaluate fit and potential Execute end-to-end sourcing strategies aligned with business hiring needs Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and build targeted sourcing plans Research and screen potential candidates using platforms like Client and other referral tools Translate job requirements into effective talent solutions and candidate profiles Engage candidates throughout the hiring process ensuring a positive experience Manage social media content and marketing strategies to attract talent Attend recruiting events conferences and career fairs to build talent pipelines Ensure timely and professional communication with stakeholders and candidates Provide guidance to stakeholders on market trends candidate availability and sourcing strategies Track and report on key performance indicators KPIs such as sourcing efficiency and conversion rates Respond to stakeholder requests accurately and promptly Understand internal and external customer needs and business challenges Demonstrate knowledge of recruiting policies procedures and compliance requirements Develop and maintain project timelines and schedules to meet hiring milestones Keep stakeholders informed of progress and changes impacting hiring plans Understand the financial and operational impact of sourcing decisions Stay informed on legal regulatory and market control environments Contribute to the continuous improvement of sourcing strategies and processes Qualifications Experience -4-6 years Education -Bachelor s or equivalent experience Functional Technical Skills Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems Workday preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Advanced interviewing and assessment capabilities Solid understanding of recruiting principles processes and tools Negotiation and influencing skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Stakeholder management
