It analyses user data to predict glucose patterns, behaviour and adherence risk, then delivers real-time, personalised guidance on meals, glucose, stress, activity and sleep. The same engine extends to other chronic conditions in India and beyond. www.tap.health Role Overview: Product Manager - Growth We are hiring a Growth Manager to own Tap Health’s acquisition, activation, retention and revenue levers end to end. You will design and ship high-impact experiments across onboarding, paywalls, pricing, referral loops, lifecycle journeys and landing pages. You will work closely with engineering, design, data and marketing to create compounding growth and a habit-forming product experience. This is a product role focused on measurable outcomes. You will use data, fast iteration and sharp UX to move the metrics that matter. Key Responsibilities 1. Own the Complete Growth Funnel - Drive growth across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and referrals. - Build and optimise full-funnel dashboards with daily KPIs and cohort tracking. - Reduce CAC, improve user LTV, and scale profitable growth channels. 2. Optimise Onboarding and Activation - Work with product to reduce drop-offs across the onboarding flow. - Run weekly growth sprints to iterate copy, UX, screen logic, pricing, and nudges. - Build WhatsApp-based conversion funnels aligned to Tap Health’s purchase journey. 3. Improve Retention and Engagement - Run deep cohort analysis to understand behavioural patterns. - Build engagement loops using: habit formation, gamification (Tap Score, streaks), nudges and reminders personalised recommendations - Improve D1, D7, D30 retention through behavioural design. 4. Experimentation and Growth Science - Own A/B testing roadmap with clear hypotheses and measurable outcomes. - Identify and eliminate friction points in user flows. - Run multi-variate experiments for pricing, messaging, offers, and referral triggers. 5. Collaboration with Product, Data, Engineering, and Content - Work closely with product to drive growth-centric product changes. - Partner with the AI team to iterate on engagement strategies. - Collaborate with content teams to build high-impact conversion assets. 7. Revenue and Pricing Strategy - Influence subscription models, upsells, annual plans, and promotional cycles. - Enhance purchase conversion and reduce churn. Qualifications & skills - 1 to 3 years in growth at a consumer app startup, health tech or fitness tech. - Proven track record of owning CAC, LTV, revenue, and retention metrics. - Deep familiarity with performance marketing and attribution. - Strong analytical skills with experience in Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA, or SQL. - Growth experimentation mindset. - Creativity with consumer psychology and messaging. - Understanding of habit loops, behaviour change, and gamification.
