Job Description

1. Responsible for developing the plan, budget for maintenance function and activities in alignment

to the business plan and objectives of the division

2. Responsible for ensuring availability and functioning of machines / equipment's, achieving no loss

in production time, which includes overseeing of maintenance activities, machine component

upgrades, preventive maintenance and others

3. Ensure power supply to plant facility and manage utility services in Division

4. Review and monitor Maintenance expense budget to ensure it is within budgetary allocations and

optimisation of costs

5. Oversee compliance and adherence to statutory bodies for ISO certifications, HSE regulations and

create, sustain a safe working environment

6. Lead and manage the Maintenance team

7. Should have knowledge in both mechanical and electrical maintenance.

8. Exposure to N2 / Ammonia cracker

9. Knowledge of Induction furnace( 3T), Electric Arc Furnace and Inductotherm furnaces

10. Special skills in handling machines like rotary drier,reduction furnace, Hammer mills, Double

kone blender, LPG, 1200KV UPS, LPM High pressure pumps, Triple x plunger
