Job Description Minimum 2 years of Experience as a Tender Specialist. Position: Tender Specialist Department: Business Development & Marketing Location: Jaipur CTC: Negotiable Roles & Responsibilities: Tender Search & Bid Preparation-Technical. E-tendering / E-Bidding/Reverse Auctions/Live. Prepare all tender documents in the specific related to the bid. Submit the documents in stipulated timeline. Coordinate with the procurement in process. Reporting bidding status online/offline. Preparing Datasheet & maintaining records basis perceive dept. for documents. Comparison sheet. Collection of EMD /coordinate with accounts department for EMD/TENDER FEE. Vendor Registration. Attending pre bid/post bid meetings. Maintaining Customer Relationship with clients. Tracking status of Tenders & offers. Well versed with document controlling. Skills and Qualifications Minimum 2 years experience as a Tender Specialist Graduation/ Post Graduation along with superb written and verbal communication skills Strong time-management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant portals Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge Interested candidates may share their updated CV at [Confidential Information]
