Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tendering Specialist based in Rajkot, Gujarat. The Tendering Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tender process, including preparing and submitting proposals, analyzing tender documents, and ensuring compliance with procurement requirements. The role involves collaborating with various internal teams, maintaining clear communication, and preparing documentation to secure opportunities aligned with the organization's objectives. Qualifications - Proficiency in Tender Management and Proposal Writing to prepare and submit high-quality, comprehensive documents - Strong Analytical and Procurement Skills required for effectively managing tender processes and ensuring alignment with client requirements - Excellent Communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders - Attention to detail and organizational abilities to meet deadlines and ensure compliance with tender specifications - Familiarity with agricultural equipment or previous experience in the agriculture sector is a plus - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software for documentation and data analysis - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field - Previous experience in tendering, procurement, or a similar role preferred Contact : +919978877779 , [Confidential Information]
