Job Description

- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud
- Design and document data models, pipelines, and transformations within the CDP.
- Collaborate with IT, engineering, and business teams to ensure seamless data integration.
- Act as a technical specialist for Salesforce Data Cloud components such as Data Streams, Unified Data Model, Transformations/Insights, Identity Resolution, Segmentations, and Activations.
- Work with Campaign managers to understand the campaign requirements and create segments accordingly
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams, configuration guides etc.
- Participate in client discussions to understand requirements and propose solutions,high lighting the capabilities and limitations of Salesforce Data Cloud.Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in Data Engineering with at least 2 years of work experience onSales force Data Cloud.
- Salesforce Data Cloud certification is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of DMO, DLO, Calculated Insights, Unified Individual, Ingestion API,Segments, Data Streams, Identity Resolution, Segmentations, Activations, andPersonalization.
