Job Title: US IT Talent Marketer (Remote, Freshers Welcome) Job Type: Full-time (Remote / Work From Home) Experience Level: Fresher / Entry-Level Location: Remote (must be flexible to work ) About the RoleWe are hiring fresh graduates to join as US IT Talent Marketer. This role is fully remote and ideal for individuals who want to build a career in US IT staffing & marketing. You will work with US-based candidates, apply on job portals (LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Monster, company websites, etc.), and use AI-driven tools to match consultants with open roles. Key Responsibilities Market and place US-based IT consultants by applying on job boards, LinkedIn, and company portals. Understand different IT skills/technologies (Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, QA, Data, BA, etc.). Use AI & automation tools to identify and apply for suitable job openings. Coordinate with candidates and vendors for job submissions and interviews. Prepare resumes and submit candidates for matching job opportunities. Maintain records of submissions, interviews, and placements. Learn and follow US recruitment processes, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and compliance. Work in US shifts (EST/CST/PST). Required Skills Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written). Quick learner with ability to grasp technical skills/roles. Basic knowledge of job portals (LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder). Interest in using AI-based tools for recruitment and marketing. Strong multitasking and organizational skills. Positive, target-oriented mindset.
