Location: Fort, Mumbai

Experience: 0.5 1 Year

Preferred Candidate Location: South Mumbai

Salary: 10,000 18,000 per month (1.2 LPA 2.16 LPA) based on skills, experience, and interview performance

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to join our team in Fort, Mumbai. The role is suitable for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to work under deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online recruitment platforms.

Educational Qualification:

- Graduate in any discipline.
