Location Pattambi Job Type Full-time About Us SilverHost is a growing digital solutions provider specializing in website design development digital marketing and branding We are looking for an experienced SEO Lead to drive our organic search strategy improve keyword rankings and maximize website visibility across search engines including emerging AI-driven search platforms Role Overview As the SEO Lead you will be responsible for creating implementing and managing end-to-end SEO strategies to achieve measurable growth in organic traffic and conversions You will lead keyword research on-page and off-page optimization technical SEO audits AI search visibility optimization and SEO reporting You will collaborate closely with the content development and marketing teams to ensure all projects align with SEO best practices Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for multiple projects and clients Conduct in-depth keyword research competitor analysis and market trend evaluation Optimize websites for Google Search AI Overview voice search and other emerging platforms Perform on-page SEO meta tags headings schema markup internal linking content optimization Lead technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers to resolve site performance indexing and crawl issues Create and implement link-building strategies focusing on high-quality relevant backlinks Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console Google Analytics SEMrush Ahrefs etc Provide detailed monthly reports and actionable insights for stakeholders and clients Stay up-to-date with Google algorithm changes AI-driven search trends and industry best practices Train and mentor junior SEO team members Requirements Proven experience 3 years in SEO with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role Strong understanding of on-page off-page and technical SEO Hands-on experience with SEO tools Google Search Console Google Analytics 4 SEMrush Ahrefs Screaming Frog etc Knowledge of AI search optimization voice search SEO and NLP-based content strategies Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress Shopify and Wix Understanding of HTML CSS and basic JavaScript for SEO troubleshooting Excellent analytical problem-solving and project management skills Strong communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams Preferred Skills Experience with local SEO Google Business Profile optimization and international SEO Understanding of Core Web Vitals page speed optimization and mobile-first indexing Familiarity with content marketing and social media strategies to support SEO goals Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 403 85 - 38 584 12 per month Work Location In person
