Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with Patient Support Coordinators across hospitals to conduct donor outreach and build a robust donor pipeline, maintaining an accurate MIS.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities for CSR donors across multiple hospitals.
- Prepare detailed CSR donor reports covering utilization, impact, activities, and milestones on donor assessment portals.
- Collaborate with programs and finance teams to gather data for reporting purposes.
- Coordinate with the finance team to generate and distribute donor receipts.
- Lead the Tata Mumbai Marathon event, ensuring seamless execution of all event-related processes including fundraising efforts.

Job Requirements:

- Graduate from a top-tier institute.
- 0-3 years of relevant experience in fundraising, sales, or marketing.
- Strong verbal and written presentation skills, with experience in developing and delivering sales pitches and proposals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
