Position Summary We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Software Tester with at least 1 year of experience in manual and automation testing. The candidate should be highly analytical, with strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for validating and improving all development outputs to ensure product quality, reliability, and performance. Key Responsibilities - Perform manual testing for websites, Android apps, iOS apps, and custom web applications. - Execute automation testing wherever applicable (tools like Selenium, Appium, etc.). - Create, maintain, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts. - Identify, record, and track bugs/defects using bug-tracking tools. - Collaborate closely with developers to ensure timely issue resolution. - Perform functional, usability, regression, and compatibility testing. - Verify UI/UX elements, performance, and responsiveness across devices & platforms. - Validate releases and ensure final product meets quality standards. - Provide clear testing documentation and reports. - Participate in product reviews and requirement discussions. Required Skills & Qualifications - Minimum 1 year experience in software testing (manual + automation preferred). - Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Testing methodologies. - Knowledge of testing tools like Selenium, Appium, Jira/Bugzilla/Trello (preferred). - Hands-on experience in creating test cases, test scripts, and defect reports. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Good communication skills English speaking & writing essential. - Ability to work in-house from our Coimbatore office.
