Store Manager

Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager with a strong background in store operations and inventory management This role focuses on managing day-to-day store activities monitoring stock levels and ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role with strong organizational and problem-solving skills This position does not involve recruitment responsibilities Key Responsibilities Oversee the overall day-to-day operations of the store Manage and maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels Ensure timely stock replenishment and avoid overstocking or stockouts Conduct regular inventory checks and audits to minimize losses and discrepancies Coordinate with suppliers vendors for order placements and deliveries Receive inspect and organize incoming goods according to standards Ensure proper storage labeling and shelf arrangements of all stock items Monitor the condition of stock and ensure timely removal of damaged or expired items Prepare and maintain documentation related to inventory delivery and stock movements Ensure compliance with safety cleanliness and operational policies Generate regular reports on inventory status stock usage and store performance Maintain and manage the store layout for maximum efficiency and easy access to goods Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in store operations and inventory management Strong knowledge of inventory control processes and systems Proficient in using inventory software and tools e g ERP systems stock management tools Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and coordination skills Ability to handle physical tasks such as stock handling and lifting Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a store environment High school diploma or equivalent additional certifications in inventory store management are a plus Job Type Full-time Pay 16 351 80 - 35 968 53 per month Work Location In person
