Urgent Store Manager

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the gas station and convenience store This includes managing staff ensuring excellent customer service maintaining inventory monitoring sales performance and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards Key Responsibilities Supervise daily operations of the gas station and convenience store Manage and schedule staff shifts ensuring adequate coverage Monitor fuel levels coordinate deliveries and manage stock inventory Ensure all safety health and environmental regulations are followed Handle cash management deposits and sales reports accurately Address customer complaints and provide effective solutions Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and forecourt area Train and motivate employees to achieve sales and service goals Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement Ensure all equipment POS fuel pumps swipe QR machines are functioning properly Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Bachelor s degree preferred 1-4 years of experience in retail or gas station management Strong leadership communication and organizational skills Knowledge of inventory management and POS systems Ability to handle cash and financial transactions accurately Customer service-oriented and problem-solving mindset Willingness to work flexible hours Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 40 799 81 per month Language Tamil Preferred Work Location In person
