- We are looking to hire five (5) contractual Consultants with basic computer knowledge to support content-related tasks for Cengage Content Testing
- The selected candidates will undergo a short training period (3-5 business days) and play a key role in ensuring accuracy and quality in content validation
- No prior experience is required
- Key Responsibilities: Perform content validation and verification as per provided guidelines
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in assigned tasks
- Utilize basic computer skills to efficiently complete work
- Follow standard operating procedures and maintain quality benchmarks
- Collaborate with the team to address any discrepancies
- Meet productivity and accuracy targets within the specified timelines
- Education & Qualifications: Bachelor s Degree (any stream)
- Basic Computer Skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good to Have: Any computer certification (if from a non-tech stream)
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
