Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for various roles within the organization. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in Human Resources.

Responsibilities

- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct initial phone interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Assist in the development of job descriptions and job postings
- Maintain a database of candidates and track their progress in the hiring process
- Build relationships with candidates and provide a positive candidate experience
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and employment legislation

Skills and Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Familiarity with various recruitment techniques and tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Basic understanding of HR practices and recruitment processes
