We're Hiring: HR – Recruitment (Minimum 5 Years Experience in Similar Industry)

Location: Pune | Willingness to Travel

Salary Range: ₹3.5 – ₹5.5 LPA (Based on Experience)

At Dadu's Sweet Emporio, we're redefining the Indian dessert and dining experience across multiple formats – from fine mithai boutiques to vibrant multi-cuisine restaurants. With our rapidly growing footprint, we are looking for a dynamic HR professional to join our core team.

Role: HR – Recruitment (Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for multiple verticals

Travel to source candidates from across India (especially tier 2/3 cities)

Build a pipeline of skilled and verified talent for:

Housekeeping & Utility Staff

Salesmen & Cashiers

Floor Managers & Supervisors

Store & Outlet Managers

Captains, Stewards & Service Staff

Chefs (Indian, Continental, Bakery, etc.)

Butlers, Live Counter Experts

Blue Collar Workforce (Cooks, Cleaners, Drivers)

White Collar Roles (Admin, Ops, Accounts, Purchase, HR, etc.)

Liaise with staffing agencies, conduct job fairs, and campus recruitments

Manage onboarding, documentation, and basic compliance

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B, Hospitality, or Retail recruitment

Strong network in blue & white-collar sourcing

Willingness to travel for manpower sourcing

Proficient in Hindi, English, and preferably Marathi
