Responsibilities - Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key client stakeholders. - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. - Business Development: Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and drive account expansion. - Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and solutions aligned with client needs. - Revenue Growth: Achieve assigned revenue and profitability targets. - Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively. - Delivery Oversight: Ensure successful delivery of projects and services. - Act as an escalation point for client issues and work with delivery teams to resolve them. - Strategic Planning: Develop account plans and strategies to achieve growth objectives. - Provide market insights and feedback to internal teams for solution development. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred). - Should have Capital market / Investment banking Domain Experience. - 13+ years of experience in IT services or consulting, with at least 5 years in client-facing roles. - Proven track record of managing large accounts and achieving revenue targets. - Strong understanding of digital transformation technologies (AI, Cloud, Data, etc.). - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation
