Job Description Social Media Marketing Intern Location: Daman Department: Marketing & Brand Communications Employment Type: Internship (Full-time, In-Office) Benefits: Free Accommodation + Food Provided During Internship Key Responsibilities - Content Creation & Planning Ideate and create engaging posts, reels, stories, and short videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Draft captions, hashtags, and write compelling content aligned with ZenCab's branding. Coordinate with the design team to produce creatives, thumbnails, and promotional graphics. - Social Media Management Handle daily posting schedules across all platforms. Maintain brand consistency in tone, colors, and messaging. Engage with followers: reply to comments, handle queries, and manage DMs professionally. - Market & Competitor Research Track social media trends, viral formats, and cab industry updates. Study competitors like Ola, Uber, Rapido, inDrive, and analyze best-performing content. Identify opportunities to grow ZenCab's online presence organically. - Campaign Management Support in planning and executing online campaigns for driver recruitment, customer engagement, and brand awareness. Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly reports. Assist in influencer collaborations and local marketing outreach. - Analytics & Reporting Track performance metrics: reach, engagement, clicks, views, and growth. Suggest improvements based on analytics and user insights. Maintain monthly performance dashboards in Excel/Sheets. Required Skills Technical & Creative Skills Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn). Ability to create content using Canva, CapCut, Figma, or similar tools. Understanding of trending topics, audio, and reel ideas. Bonus: Basic video editing or scriptwriting skills. Soft Skills Creativity and storytelling ability. Good communication in Hindi + basic English. Strong sense of branding and audience engagement. Ability to manage deadlines and deliver consistent content. Education Students pursuing BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, BCA, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or similar fields. Freshers with good social media sense are also welcome.
