Your Role - As a Microsoft Copilot Studio Senior Engineer with over 10 years of experience, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of sophisticated AI assistants using Microsoft Copilot Studio. - This role demands deep technical expertise in integrating Copilot Studio with the Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Azure and enterprise applications. - You will be responsible for building advanced AI features that are secure, scalable, and high performing. - In addition to hands-on development, you will mentor junior engineers, contribute to architectural decisions, and help establish best practices for AI agent development across the organization. Your Profile - 10+ years of experience in Conversational AI development, with significant hands-on experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio. - Proficiency in building custom connectors and actions within Power Platform or Logic Apps. - Proven hands on experience in creating solutions leveraging Power automate, Python and low code tech stack. - Deep hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure AI services, including Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Agent Service, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Semantic Kernel. - Strong understanding of Power Platform integration (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse). - Experience with enterprise data connectivity, including Microsoft Graph connectors.
