About Us Pradhan Industries is a reputed natural graphite mining and processing company operating in Odisha for over 40 years As part of our infrastructure expansion we are undertaking major civil works including new plant construction staff quarters development and renovation of old quarters We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Construction Supervisor to lead and manage these works on-site Position Construction Supervisor Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at plant site and residential quarters Coordinate with contractors masons laborers and site engineers to ensure smooth execution of work Ensure that work is done as per drawings quality standards and approved timelines Plan daily work schedules and assign tasks to the team Maintain regular progress reports and update the management Monitor material usage and ensure there is no wastage Check measurements and ensure proper billing and documentation Assist in procurement planning of cement bricks steel sand and other construction materials Ensure proper safety of workers and cleanliness at the site Oversee renovation works of old staff quarters and ensure quality workmanship Eligibility Criteria Minimum 5-10 years of site experience in plant civil works residential construction or renovation projects Should know how to read and understand basic civil drawings Must be able to handle site activities independently and with discipline Experience in supervising contractors and local labor teams Basic knowledge of construction materials and their usage Must be physically fit and willing to stay at or travel between project sites as needed Skills Required Sincere hardworking and responsible Good communication and coordination skills Ability to take timely decisions and manage a team under pressure Must be punctual honest and disciplined in site management Should be flexible to work extended hours if project demands What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience and skills On-site accommodation if required Opportunity to work on large-scale infrastructure and industrial projects Professional and respectful working environment How to Apply Interested candidates may send their resume to info pradhanindustries com with the subject line Application for Construction Supervisor - Civil Works For any queries contact 91-70778-05666 Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 10 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Evening shift Fixed shift Morning shift Night shift Rotational shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay Overtime pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location In person
